Wastewater Capital Management, LLC (WCM) is focused on building diversified portfolios of U.S.-based distributed wastewater assets in the agriculture, food processing, post-consumer food waste and municipal wastewater sectors that generate long-term, stable cash flows from renewable energy, waste disposal fees, and soil amendments.  WCM is on the Equilibrium Capital platform of sustainability-driven real asset strategy managers focused on the areas of real estate, agriculture, land, energy and water. The Equilibrium Capital team has managed over $25 billion of institutional investments. 

Prior to joining WCM in 2012, Mr. Yuzon was a Principal at Equilibrium where he worked with Equilibrium’s portfolio of asset managers and oversaw Equilibrium’s investments in RES.  Mr. Yuzon has been an active RES board member since 2011 and was a member of the finance subcommittee in 2012.  Prior to joining Equilibrium in 2010, Mr. Yuzon was the Vice President – Finance for Williams & Dame Development (“WDD”), whose visionary residential and mixed used developments include Portland’s South Waterfront District and Los Angeles’ South Park District.  During his tenure, Mr. Yuzon focused on structuring and sourcing capital for WDD projects raising over $1.6 billion of equity and debt from 2003 to 2010.

Prior to joining WDD, Mr. Yuzon was a Vice President at Needham & Company and project leader for the Needham Portland office, where he completed more than 25 financings and advisory transactions valued at nearly $2 billion in various technology sectors.  He has also worked as a corporate business development analyst with Mentor Graphics and as a senior equity research analyst at Black & Company (now part of Wells Fargo Securities).

Mr. Yuzon earned an M.B.A. from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Oregon.  He is also a CFA chartholder.
